  Prices   Based on one color, typeset copy, with a plastic buckle strap, clear loop strap, or bead chain unattached. Identification card supplied with LT-50 style. See Quantity and Pricing Table Below
  Tag Stock  

SPLT-50  .045 rigid high gloss white vinyl with clear back pocket for card.

SPT-320, SPT-340 and SPT-350   .030 rigid high gloss white vinyl, with a write-on back surface.

LT-50   .045 overlaminated vinyl in any of our standard vinyl background colors with clear back pocket for card. LT-50 can also be printed using 4 color process (add 3 extra color charges plus art charges). Standard vinyl background colors are as follows: White, Yellow, Tan, Orange, Red, Green, Lt. Blue, Dk. Blue, Gray, Black. Available at 10% extra charge are Metallic Gold and Silver.

  Full Bleeds   Available on LT-50 only; add .03(A) each.
  Color Match   Add $40.00(A) for each color match or PMS color match.

Artwork Guidelines

   We accept 3.5" diskettes, zip disks and compact disks. Please contact us to make arrangements to send your artwork to us via email or regular mail.
   
  • All disks must be Macintosh formatted.
  • Accepted programs are Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, & Adobe Photoshop.
  • Convert all type to outline form. If this can not be accomplished, include all of the screen & printer fonts used to create your document.
  • Be sure to include any placed images used in creating the document. They must be saved as a TIFF or EPS file.
  • Any full color artwork created in Photoshop must be saved as CMYK colors not RGB.
Proofs   Black and white paper proof $10.00(A). Actual production proof $50.00(P) plus art charges, for a one color imprint. Add $30.00(A) for each extra color. Only art charges can be applied against the production order.
Color Matches   We make every effort to match PMS colors when specified.
However, we cannot guarantee exact color match. PMS colors are not available on hot stamped ribbons. Color match on paper $10.00(A). Color match on vinyl $40.00(A).
